The architectural project and implementation of central office building, which was built according to the domestic architectural design perspective and ecological design criteria instead of the important building of history on the coast road in Ayvalık center, was completed based on the older version.
The building designed according to the passive climatization and sustainability principles has the certificate Energy Identity Certificate, which is given according to the Regulations for the Energy Performance in Buildings.
The top floor of the building with 940 m² construction area is being used as an office and the interior architecture and decoration implementation was completed on the ground and basement floor.
